Employment guidance for university students is a kind of educational activity which is to cultivate university students a positive awareness of employment and the right career values as well as good employment capacity under the situation of human resources demand and the current reality of employment. At the same time, employment guidance education is an important extension of educational practice and supplement for ideological and political education activity. It stabilizes ideological education and promotes the harmonious career development of university students, and also realizes personal development goals with nation and social development needs. Therefore, the development of employment guidance education for university students is not only the needs of students, but also national and social needs.After taking an overview of the current employment guidance education for university students, the author found some problems as following:first, formalize the education goals and the process, and lack of pertinence; Second, focus on employment policies, relevant laws, regulations and other theories, generalize the employment education; Third, base on theory education, but not care about the main body---university students. The goal of "unity the personal development with national and social development needs" can not be realized by this way. In a word, employment guidance education becomes useless but pity to be abandoned.The author believe that if wants to realize the goals of the employment guidance education and the university Ideological and political education, the best way should be clear about the educational goal, optimized education mechanism and transform education methods. Fully play the main advantages of the educated, stress the way of education to self-education, self-improvement and self-development for university students. Therefore, the author proposed the research subject that university students experience employment education. This is not only the objective needs of employment guidance education for university students, but also the inner request of deepened theory research and the promotion discipline development.There are four parts:Chapter I Introduction.Based on relevant investigation and analysis, the research background and meaning of experience employment education for university students are proposed. Meanwhile, review the domestic and foreign situation, the study demonstrates the feasibility; define research methods and theories, and issues related with some basic concepts. It paves the way for further study. Chapter II To develop the experience employment education for university students is the new requirement. Through the comparison study between the employment guidance education and the university Ideological and political education, we can know that the similarity and difference between them, also with the necessity and feasibility.ChapterⅢStructure system.From the perspective of the development of individual students, to further clarify the employment of university students' experiential educational objectives, content, principles, methods, attempts to construct the structure of experiential education employment system. Among them, the target consists of three levels:students achieve substantial employment, students achieve a harmonious employment, development of college students achieve employment; includes three aspects:to establish awareness of college students active employment, the right of students to form professional values, to improve the employability of college students; construction should follow three basic principles:indoctrination and practical experience combined with experience-based principles; combination of rational and emotional, the emotional-based principles; normative combining with the main to the main body of the main principle; the entire educational process to focus on three ways:employment situation to experience law, employment law and employment practice experience exchange experience method.ChapterⅣPattern construction of university students experience employment education. This chapter provides organizations, agencies and operational mechanism plans. These plans establish a good safeguard system in order to enhance the Ideological and political education actual effect, clear up university students to get employed the idea, and promote them to get employed ability and training formation...
