Happiness is the everlasting theme of humanity, the pursuit of happiness is ideal of mankind will never give up. School education plays an important role in the promotion and improvement of the individual, however, for a long time our education has affected by the traditional education that obtain objective knowledge is the main objectives, to a certain extent, this kind of education neglect in the ultimate goal of education that makes people happy, which not only result in teachers and students suffering much in the process of education but loss of happiness. Teachers and students play main subjects in educational activities and between them intrinsically linked well-being. Therefore, to further explore the subject of happiness education under the same education level of these two studies can not be avoided. Based on this idea, this study mainly from the following aspects:The first part of mainly has a interpretation between East-West of Happiness, through the concept of historical interpretation of different well-being, summed up the meaning of happiness and the happiness of the conditions to achieve; as a basis for expansion of education on well, focuses on the educational content and features, which provide the basis for the full theoretical support.The second part, from the theoretical and practical level respectively explains why the student community from that perspective as a research starting point. The theoretical level, by teachers and students have the characteristics of community determined by, first, there are ways to meet individual needs; second, with a strong ethos; at the practical level, it is the relationship requirements that teachers and students are not happy but and well-being among both teachers and students.The third part further discuss the students community to the happiness of education in the perspective of the implementation process, which from the principal of the perceptual to rational practice is the main path. Respectively, from both the students and teachers body unified reflection and practice of to explore. In order to achieve happiness education must achieve conversion from theory to practice and concern about the educational practice on the subject. The main reflection is the starting point for the implementation of well-being of education, teachers and students practice the implementation of the unified education is the key to happiness.The fourth part is the end result of the study. Community well-being of teachers and students view the ideals of education under the results of the study. As the final destination, on the one hand to enhance the quality of teachers and students well, including the quality of teachers and students happy and well established ability; the other hand, being a long time happiness need to meet the personal value and social value of unity, happiness reflected in the personal needs of teachers is individual needs and professional requirements of the unified, the students happiness reflected in the present and future well-being of the unity of being.
