The Research On Optimizing Equipment Managemental System In Medical College In Guizhou

Since the increasing ratio of the national investment to education, science and technology, the figure of equipment for schools has become larger. Owing to the increasing enrollment of schools, the number of students is increasing rapidly. The investment in equipment is unable to meet the needs of teaching and scientific research development. Especially in the western college ,fund for teaching and scientific research are distinctively short compared with that in any other areas, a large gap to be filled. The fund for buying college equipment has been from the original national monotonous allocation without compensation to multi-channel fund collection including national fiscal allocation, social donation without compensation and political collections ( foreign governmental loan, world bank loan ) and nonpolitical loan (loan from business bank or fund borrowed from other financial organization ), etc.There would be a cost so long as the fund is got through a collection channel and it should be paid with its capital and interest. Therefore, how to enhance the employment value of the equipment to promote teaching quality and scientific research potential is above all. Only if so, can the college survive and develop in such a fierce competition. With the strengthening of cultivating creative talents in college, equipment plays a still more important role in teaching and scientific research. In contrast, basic medical experiments, clinical experiments and scientific research all depend on equipment in a medical college, specially. Besides the realization of training students to acquire the ability of raising a hand on work and creativities does not stand a loaf from equipment. How to obtain high output from the investment and how to fully carry out its efficiency are the terminal goals of equipment management. For a college, high output means to cultivate students into talents who are with high quality and are brave enough to create. Concretely speaking, a medical college should train students into medical workers who have social medical knowledge and are brave enough to explore and create medicine. In current situation, strengthening the study work and exploration equipment management in medical college is especially important, which is strategically significant in the development of college itself, teaching and scientific research and the cultivation of students.
