The biology curriculum criteria in senior high school comprise some basic concepts , such as up-grating students'quality in biological science, promoting exploratory study and stressing the combination of theory and practice. All these concepts demand for reforms of traditional teaching method and the creation of appropriate teaching method. The integrated teaching-learning plan is a completely new model which has become popular in recent years. With the help of the model, students, as the subject of teaching-learning activity, will fully exercise their initiative and teaching quality will be largely raised. The author did research on the model of biology teaching practice in senior high school. On the basis of the survey among students and biology teachers in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou and a large amount of teaching cases, this paper details the integrated teaching-learning plan's functions, principles, content arrangement and mentions some steps concerning how to put the plan into use. Based on related theories and biology teaching practice in senior high school, this paper is intended to construct a feasible teaching model of integrated teaching–learning plan in biology classes. The one-year teaching practice shows that this model is capable of improving students'academic performance as well as raising students'interest in biology and ability in analyzing and solving problems.
