It is the core in the education reform of senior high school that we foster students' practical ability, the spirit of exploration and innovation. To current physics education in senior high school, it is an important component that how to understand and improve the ability to apply the theory of physics to the practice, therefore practising and studying this issue is of momentous current significance and far-reaching significance.According to the requirement of classified study in applicative physics of senior high school, this essay aims to give a definition to the ability to apply the physical knowledge to practice, and makes clear the components of abilities that students need to solve the practical problems in physics. With the guidance of education psychology at home and abroad, and with the author's work experience of nearly ten years, this thesis advances the objective, principle and course of action for students to apply physical knowledge to practice, and also selects some examples to study, which are intended to improve the feasibility and effectiveness of the author's design.
