The Research On Studying Politics In Senior Flight Attendant Classes

Interest will affect people's behavior as a non-intelligence factor. Interest plays a very important role in study, which will influence their behavior and consequence of study. Nowadays, people face a lot of pressure of survival and competition which makes them go back to school to study again. Even though they are not interested in study in school, the reality forces them to pay more attention to learning to cope with the problem they meet in their daily lives. The high school students today live in a peaceful circumstance. The comfortable lives make them unaware of the difficulties and pressure they will meet after they graduate from school, so the students lack of the academic motivation. For the high students of post 90s today, it is more important to motive the learning interests of them to achieve the teaching aims. To meet the needs of the times, the developmental pattern of school is always keeping fresh, and all kinds of characteristics schools come into being. Considering the real condition, the NO.4 middle school, combining its situation, founded the base of flight-attendant education. Because of the various characters and in order to achieve better educational goals, we must focus on students' characters to motivate their studying interest.The essay includes four chapters. Chapter 1 defines the studying interest and clarifies the importance of Politics. There are a lot of definitions about studying interest. This paper argues that studying interest is an active cognitive tendency and emotional state for learning activities. It is an invisible power to push people to study adjectively and focus on learning. It also plays a very important role in learning effect. Firstly, it is good to fuel the positivity and initiative of students, and improve the learning efficiency. Secondly, it is helpful for students to form correct outlook of world, life, value and occupation. Chapter 2 analyses students' interest according to a survey among students and teachers. The analysis consists of three aspects: the differences of students, the idea, method and knowledge structure of teachers, and the cohesion and update of textbooks. It tries to find out the reason for the lack of interest in learning. Based on the consequence and analyses in Chapter 2, Chapter 3 clarifies the principles of motivating the studying interest of politics in flight-attendant classes. Correct and flexibly use of teaching principles has great influence on the quality of teaching and teaching efficiency in the teaching activities. This paper agrees that we should adhere to the following four principles in the teaching activities: interesting and scientific, lively and serious, popular but not vulgar, suitable but not ingratiating. Chapter 4 proposes the detailed methods to motivate the studying interest of politics in flight-attendant classes. Firstly, influence students through the creation of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Secondly, infect students with vivid language. Thirdly, mobilize the enthusiasm of students by participating actively. Fourthly, attract students by designing living teaching content.
