The Problems And Countermeasures Of Vocational Training Students Of The Physical Quality Of Flight Attendants

Civil Aviation enterprises are high-tech intensive, management intensive, personnel intensive, especially safety intensive modern transportation industry. The flight attendant is the service demonstration window of civil aviation, which is a frontal industry including high quality human and culture accomplishment, professional service skills, explosion prevention and anti-terrorism. With the vigorous development of China’s civil aviation transportation industry, the requirements of vocational ability cultivation for the students from majoring in cabin crew are higher and higher. The basic training contents of this major are super-hard service skills, stable psychological quality, strong service awareness. Taking Chengdu Vocational School of Aviation and Tourism for example, the essay aims to explore the countermeasures of cultivating physical quality of boys from cabin crew, by researching and validating the problems which concluding the curriculum setting is not science, physical education curriculum is unreasonable, lack of professional teachers and teaching materials, training venues. In this paper, with secondary flight attendant students physical quality training as the research object, it will promote the career development of cabin crew, from the policy guide, building academic education and vocational training education system, and develop the school based curriculum of physical training.
