The proposal of Ideological and Political Theories teaching in All Courses(abbreviated as IPTAC)is the need to improve and strengthen the ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and it has an important role in promoting the implementation of the main responsibility of teaching and educating people and ensuring the realization of the requirements of whole staff,whole process and all-round education.At present,the implementation of the IPTAC of the Flight attendant specialty Form and Etiquette course in higher vocational colleges and universities is still in the form,and the improvement of humanistic literacy and moral education level is mostly ignored in the teaching process.Therefore,the innovative reform of the teaching of Form and Etiquette course under the background of IPTAC is of great significance to the cultivation of Flight attendant professional talents.This paper takes the form and etiquette course of flight attendant major of Sichuan General Aviation Vocational College as the research object.In this paper,we investigate the current teaching situation of the course by means of a questionnaire survey,and analyze the problems in the course systematically,and conclude that it is necessary to carry out teaching reform in the course around the concept of IPTAC.In order to carry out scientific design of the teaching content of Form and Etiquette,this paper combines the inherent characteristics of the course of Form and Etiquette for high-ranking flight attendants and carries out deep excavation of the nurturing value contained in the course.In the construction of teaching content,this paper starts from two aspects of professional teaching and ideological teaching,focuses on the goal of "combining knowledge transfer and value guidance",designs the questionnaire of expert survey on the construction and implementation of teaching content of Form and Etiquette for flight attendants,and uses the Delphi method to analyze the weight of each index in the course.According to the designed teaching content framework,this paper describes the teaching reform practice based on the syllabus and actual teaching cases,and analyzes the teaching reform practice effect from three perspectives: students,teachers and employers.The research process puts forward some positive thoughts and suggestions for teaching reform innovation.The research of this paper can obtain the following three conclusions.(1)In addition to focusing on the cultivation of professional skills,the form and etiquette course should also emphasize the overall development of students in humanistic knowledge,aesthetic awareness,psychological quality and professional ethics,helping students to establish a correct view of art and actively promote the role of excellent Chinese national culture,thus enhancing students' cultural confidence.(2)The key to the teaching reform of integrating the Civic Affairs elements into the form and etiquette course is to combine the characteristics of the course itself,explore the Civic and Political elements implicit in the course,and integrate them into the professional teaching at the syllabus level,so that the Civic and Political elements can be reflected in the course objectives,course content,course mode and course evaluation.(3)The teaching reform of integrating the Civic Affairs elements into the form and etiquette course improves the teaching quality of professional courses and also enhances students' enthusiasm for learning Civic and Political elements,and strengthens students' professionalism by guiding them to base on the characteristics of the industry and require themselves according to professional standards.For the further improvement strategy of teaching reform practice,this paper puts forward three suggestions.(1)Enhance the awareness and ability of IPTAC of professional course teachers.(2)Deeply explore the elements of Civic Education contained in the professional courses.(3)Make full use of the extra-curricular scenes to expand the space for the development of IPTAC.
