China's accession to WTO has accelerated the process of globalization. By the mean time it also promoted the internationalization of China's educational services. Commercial services trade has become the leading trade industry; Educational trade service is a part of it.Large numbers of Chinese students choose to study abroad. This not only increased the income of overseas education institutions and related services industry, but also promoted China's high-tech industry and related service industries. The advanced knowledge they acquired will help companies'innovation, increase productivity, and accelerate the pace of technical progress in China. Furthermore, shorted the gap between China and the developed countries.This article firstly analysis the impact of international education services imported to China's macro-economic, from both positive and negative aspects respectively. Secondly, it analysis international education services import and high-tech products export from a mechanism point. It shows the increase of high-tech products export is due to the returnees'entrepreneur ship. Finally, the article establishes a model with some variables as number of returnees, number of high-tech product export and etc, then concludes that there is a positive correlation between number of returnees, educational service imported and high-tech product export. Therefore, China should view international education services import more rationally, focus on human resource strategy, encourage more students return, create good business environment, strengthen investment in education, and create a platform for international exchanges.
