OBJECTIVERecently, the track cycling competitive level developed rapidly in our country, especially for woman sprint cycling event. That is identified as the potential advantages of the project by many scholars. It is necessary for developing pro-win programmers to draft those who own great potential abilities and talents for the future, so scientific training and talent selection become special important.Currently in the process of amateur training, because the coaching level, training funding, scientific research scope and other factors are existence, there is no study on systematic monitoring of training and special physical fitness. Through the research of monitoring of training to adolescent cyclist, we would be better find out the status of talent reserve, training level and provide scientific principles training of adolescent cyclist for the future.METHODSThe 44 adolescent cyclist preparing for the provincial games were divided into male and female sprint group and endurance group by gender and competition item. Tracing research of their training during 22weeks was practiced. The routine training monitoring, weekly training monitoring, stage-training monitoring were applied according to training plan.RESULT1.The special evaluation of adolescent cyclist' function indicate that the aerobic,aerobic-anaerobic capability and anaerobic capability for adolescents embodies age characteristics;2. Hb, BUN, CK changed periodically with the training volume and load intensity: Hb appeared a descending trend with the heavy training volume, and BUN, CK increased significantly with intensity and heavy volume; T had no significant change during 22 weeks;3. After the stage of training, aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity was significant improvement, the relative VO2max (ml/min/kg0.32) increased significantly in male; peak anaerobic power was increased significantly in female.4. During the 22 weeks training, body fat content in male athletes has a little change, body fat content in female was significantly decreased after the winter training and before the competition, BMI and lean body weight did not change significantly.CONCLUSION1.The time should be shorter when evaluating the vary energy supplementary way of of adolescent cyclist;2. Monitoring of training, Bla ,Hb, BUN, CK can showe exactly the stimulus of training load; T is not sensitive to training load;3. The relative maximum oxygen uptake(ml/min/kg 0.32)can effectively evaluate the aerobic capacity;4. The largest power and rate of decline of oxygen can effectively evaluate the stage of anaerobic training effect;...
