A Study On Development Model Of Community Adult Education

The thought of life-long education has spread around the globe under the initiative of the UN during the 21th century, and adult education and community education has been of great concern to the development of education around the world. Community education has been the new universe and a significant component of adult education.A living example is necessary in the process of building a model of community adult education since community education is a complicated system. This paper aims to build a community adult education model with government manpower management, perfect three-level teaching network system, complete mechanism of financial input, community support and public participation under the investigation of Xihu district in Nanchang. Moreover, this paper analyzes the conditions, including educational concept, instructional framework, educational appropriations, educational resources and residents' participation, that ensure the scientific operation of community adult model.
