This study aimed to explore the dimensions of teacher's power strategy in middle and senior middle school, examine whether the psychological relations between teacher and students has predicted effects on teacher's power strategies.301 teachers in four schools were surveyed by two questionnaires which sepretally named as "teacher's power strategy questionnaire" and "teacher-student psychological relations questionnaire". Spss17.0 was adopted as data analysis and processing tool. Primarily through exploratory factor analysis and stepwise regression analysis to abtain basic research results. Factor analysis showed that:the structure of teacher's power strategy is good in six dimensions. They are constraining & obstructing, encouraging & supporting, emphasizing & explanning, diversity, relationship, persuation. Regression analysis showed that:teacher's power strategy can be predicted by psychological relations between teacher and students in some extent. The intimacy and the satisfaction dimension of psychological relations has a negative impact on constraining & obstructing strategy, while has a positive impact on encouraging & supporting stratigy meantime. The satisfaction dimension still has a positive impact on emphasizing & explaning strategy. The conflicting dimension of psychological relations has a negative impact on diversity and persuation dimension of teacher's power strategy. The last dimension of teacher-student psychological relations called expecting, and it has a positive impact on diversity dimension, a negative impact on relationship dimension of teache's power strategy.
