The main task of sports of the school is to teach technical performance to students and enable students to grasp certain technical performance, lay a certain foundation for lifetime sports, the study of sports movements is to promote student's all-round developing important component at the same time. The student studies the movement skill the speed and the quality mainly two aspect factor influence, one is teacher's teaching ability and the method, two is the student itself learning capability, the study manner as well as the cognition way and so on. For people of a different object, action learning exhibit different characteristics, learning ability learning strategy not only show some differences's understanding of action and observation have also expressed a great deal of difference.This article from the different major action learning cognitive psychology Angle, through experiment design makes professional sports and non-professional sports students in the same conditions, will study subjects of study and master skill, this paper analyzes the professional sports compared with non-professional sports students in movements of cognitive learning psychological characteristics and laws, find out the cognitive differences between them. Through the motor skill learning and mastering psychological process analysis, enables us to correct understanding and mastering the sports skill learning and master process psychological characteristics and laws, the more effectively guide students skills learning and training, improving physical education teaching and training of quality and level.This article mainly uses the literature material law, the expert interview law, the experiment correlation method, the mathematical method of average and the logical analytic method, conducts the research to the different college major cognition characteristic, draws the following conclusion initially:1. The cognitive process of action learning performance for the study result of fast growth, learning achievement learning early processing of slow growth stage and grades to learn fast growth evaluation study period.2. All try in movements the beginning of the study, in the past, the cognitive ability and implicit learning ability plays a main role.3. All were tried in action sequences of cognition and action integrity than action speed cognitive sorting cognitive fast.4. Students in the overall recognition of action for action, the process of cognition and integrity accruing from the cognitive function, and produced the promoting of some action to remember also have certain stimulative effect.
