With the rapid development of modern high-tech, sports science and biology, mechanics, psychology, and other disciplines overlapping, formed a good discipline fusion and complementary, this is the development trend of sports science. In sports tae kwon do teaching and using cognitive strategies "make the students learning" is particularly important, because more and more people think: "future illiteracy, is no longer those illiterate people, but the people who have no learning. (1)" sports teaching teachers "teaching" and "learning" students an interactive process, our teaching aim is not only make the students master the basic technical skills and knowledge, but also to make the students master the methods of learning, learning strategy selection and utilization, and improve the students' learning initiative and creativity, causes the student to obtain the ability to analyze and solve problems. In the sports teaching process, many teachers only emphasizes the application of teaching methods, and ignore students' learning strategies, thus influence the use of students' learning ability enhancement, the students' learning ability directly affect technical mastery of the speed and technical mastery of the quality. Through consulting movement techniques of teaching material, relevant teaching methods, teaching means, much of the research from the Angle of students learning method, learning outcomes of research is less. This study in tae kwon do teaching in the teaching, using cognitive strategies on the learning of students, through the experimental research of cognitive strategies teaching, analyzes the influence of tae kwon do teaching effect.I through the literature material method consult about taekwondo books and academic journal net taekwondo techniques, preliminary understanding the present situation and development tendency, and further reading cognitive strategies in the books, the major results in the study of these theories, based on "the cognitive strategies in the application of" tae kwon do teaching, formulate the relevant experts question visit cognitive strategies ability questionnaire; Using Delphi method for a "cognitive strategies teaching effect evaluation" questionnaire, after three rounds of experts screening last, it concludes the technical assessment kickboxing players, make the specific standard of technical review to be more objective; Implement in tae kwon do teaching and control experimental method according to the traditional teaching methods adopted, and the cognitive strategies teaching; Experimental data are data are used by mathematical statistics SPSS11.5 software packages, compares the between groups of statistical methods is "independent sample t-test" within the group is "matching compares the sample t-test", and finally reach the following conclusions:1, the experimental group and control group before the taekwondo athletes' physical qualities and cognitive strategies ability without significant difference, p value are larger than 0.05.2, kickboxing players teaching effect mainly from four aspects, it is respectively taekwondo theoretical results, taekwondo techniques achievement, taekwondo combat results, learning attitude. After the experiment, through to the group and the control group teaching effect of comparative analysis in that group theory, technology and the actual combat three dimensions are less than 0.01 p value, which has obvious difference, learning attitude on this dimension p value are larger than 0.05, no significant differences.3, after the experiment of the experimental group and control group, cognitive strategies capability independent sample t-test, group in goal orientation strategy, questions strategy, note feedback strategy, retelling strategy, fine processing strategy and organization strategy 6 dimensions are less than 0.01, P value has significant differences.4, before and after the experiment to control the level of cognition strategy for matching T test, prior to the goal orientation strategy, questions strategy, note feedback strategy, retelling strategy, fine processing strategy and organization strategy 6 dimensions are larger than 0.05, P value cognition strategy before and after the experiment ability to control no significant differences.5, before and after the experiment of the cognitive strategies level, matching T test prior to the goal orientation strategy, questions strategy, note feedback strategy, retelling strategy, fine processing strategy and organization strategy 6 dimensions are less than 0.01 P value before and after the experiment group and cognitive strategies ability has the significant difference.6 and cognitive strategies increased "students learning" ability and motor skills.
