Based on Gagne Cognitive Psychology, this thesis gives a systematic analysis of the whole process of learning physical laws of senior school students. We consider that the cognitive tactics of learning physical laws is an important factor which influences the students-physical learning. In accordance with the cognitive analysis to the students-process of learning physical laws and on the basis of investigation and Gagne Cognitive Learning theory, we put forward the cognitive tactics of learning physical laws and teaching tactics. Through training, we conclude: I .It put forward five types of cognitive tactics of learning physical laws. II .This rainlng can promote effectuily senior school students cognitive level and their remark 01 learning physical laws. Its eftct can transfer to some extent. III. The effect of the training is different to various students. The effect of training is obvious for excellent and secondary students. IV.The cognitive tactics of learning physical laws and teaching tactics are effective.
