With the new curriculum Reform, the teacher decision-making power has increased, increasing the scope of participation in decision-making. At different levels of curriculum implementation, teachers have the professional judgments and decisions.As a professional teacher should have a considerable level of decision-making capacity, it is teachers teaching the basic premise of maintaining normal.However, any level of curriculum reform is to pass the final classroom practice of teachers to achieve, and teachers is the classroom decision-makers and executor, therefore, the study of classroom decision-making is necessary.In addition, with the new curriculum Reform, the improvement of biological classroom and research are more and more. And advanced new curriculum theory has changed the goal of teaching high school biology class, such as the importance of student's learning process,the strengthening of student's emotional attitudes develop values,etc. If these goals can be achieved ,it will eventually be reflected in the high school biology classroom teaching changes.In order to reflect the new curriculum from the perspective of the implementation of the classroom situation, in order to further clarify the composition and constructionthe of the high school biology teachers in classroom decision-making structure , making high school biology teachers classroom Investigation is necessary.
