With the development of new basic education curriculum reform,teacher education become more concernd topic,to improve teachers'professional qualities become the hot topic in education field and the whole society. Only the overall improvement of teachers'qualities may have the education's development and advancement.Under the background of new curriculum requires to improve all the teachers'qualities, people pay more attention to heterogeneous with the same class in the majority of front-line education. Heterogeneous with the same class is the school's teaching and research activities independently,to improve teachers qualities of independent,cooperative,reflection and so on.The teaching and research activities of heterogeneous with the same class is a summary of long-term experience,so it is experiential activities that lack of support and guidance of a theory. The basic theory of teacher professional development receive the attention by educational circles since 1960s,and there are some mature theory which we can learn.In this article,the auther make this theory as the theoretical foundation of the heterogeneous with the same class. From the perspective of this theory and by observation, interviews and other methods to discover the shortcomings of teaching and research activities of the heterogeneous with the same class and propose the corresponding strategies. And ultimately promote the development of teachers and students.First of all,this thesis define the concept of teachers professional development and heterogeneous with the same class.Then summarized the basic theory of teachers professional development from the two aspects of basic characteristics and orientation.On this basis,it reveals some problems in the process of heterogeneous with the same class implemention by observation and interviews,such as on the understanding of misunderstanding and insufficient, lack of effective cooperation between teachers,weak awareness of teachers reflection, imperfect teachers evaluation and so on. According to the discovery of these problems, this thesis propose the corresponding strategies from the view of the basic theory of teacher professional development to further improve heterogeneous with the same class,inclding school leaders give it enough attention, providing effective platform, improving the autonomy of teachers to participate in this activities, strengthening companion guidance between teachers in activities, encouraging teachers'positive reflection, strengthening cooperation of inter-school and professional guidance, noticing on the diversity of evaluation and so on.
