In recent years,"the heterogeneous classes" has become a commonform of teaching andresearching activities. It is based on the comparative study, provides the cooperation and exchangeplatform for the professional development of teachers, provide the impetus factors to enhance theteachers professional self seeking, objective to promote the teaching idea and teaching knowledgeupdate, optimize the teaching strategy, improve the teaching behavior, so as to achieve theprofessional development. But in actual operation, it has also exposed some problems, manyteachers do not interested even participated in, and sometimes just regard it as an open class, dothings carelessly, the lack of awareness of cooperation and competition. Activities often seek theforms of "different" or "the same"; after the activity and the lack of targeted reflection, so that theactivities can not fully play its role. This article is from the high school vocational Chinese "theheterogeneous classes" of the situation, analysis of "the heterogeneous classes" problems andreasons, The related research activities with schools Chinese teaching and research group activitiesand Area Vocational Education Department of Chinese subject, from the school level anddepartment level of focus on how to optimize the "the heterogeneous classes" teaching mode.Schools should increase the teacher’s professional training opportunities, expand exchangesplatform, set up incentive mechanism, to enhance teachers’ understanding, increase theparticipation of interest Teaching and research group to establish a system of "the heterogeneousclasses" become a mechanism for normalization to enhance the effectiveness of activities throughthe standard process, through the rich activities and evaluation mechanisms, enhance the activity ofthe attraction of the teacher, and strive to make "the heterogeneous classes" of this teaching modemore effectively play its role, and promote the professional development of Chinese teachers inVocational high school.
