The related mathematical thinking ability of gender differences research in some ways hasn't reached a conclusion. This research at home and abroad uses the main method which is called intelligence tests. Owning to the fact that the intelligence test scale and test method are not in complete consistence, therefore, the conclusion is often inconsistent, as a result , these studies have to be examined. This paper uses the methods of historical study,comparative study, experimental research, and theory research. First, analyze the papers and books which are published by domestic and international experts, and combine the thought of myself, thus making some necessary comments. Again with math problems as the carrier through the observation, the interview and test method of using quality combining high school boys'and girls'mathematical thinking ability difference analysis, the conclusions are as follows:The difference in the thinking capacity in maths of grade one and grade two boys and girls of high schools is very big , grade three boys are slightly better than girls ,but the difference is not very obvious. Second, from mathematical thinking ability component test to see: differences(1) high school boys'and girls'space imagination ability difference analysis. Girls are better than boys in grade one, boys are better than girls in grade two, there is no significant difference between boys and girls in grade three.(2) high school boys'and girls'abstract epitome ability difference analysis. High school boys are better than girls.(3) high school boys'and girls'reasoning ability difference analysis. High school boys are better than girls.(4) high school boys'and girls'operation solving ability difference analysis. Senior high school girls are better than boys in grade one and grade two, and there is no significant difference in grade three.(5) high school boys'and girls'data processing ability difference analysis. In three grades girls are better than boys.Third, there is a very big difference between the boys .There are more boys who are excellent, and the number of those who are catching up is also very big. Girls are medium. In order to guide high school teachers'teaching better, I put forward two suggestions as follows:First, change the idea of teachers', set up the idea of difference education;Second, stimulate students' non-intelligent factors, promote an all-round development of gender students' mathematical thinking ability.Third, Carry out mathematical thinking training and improve mathematical thinking ability...
