Mathematics teaching is the teaching of mathematical thinking activity, and its core is to cultivate students' mathematical thinking ability. At present, the research on the gender difference of students' mathematical thinking and its influence on students' achievement have not been obtained the conclusion of the complete agreement. There are many problems to be studied in the development of mathematical thinking education. This paper, using the methods of literature analysis, comparative study, case study, experimental study and so on,the difference of the development of mathematical thinking between boys and girls students in different stage of high school was studied, and the comparative educational teaching experiment on the development of boys and girls students in high school was carried out.Further, the influence of physiological factors, curriculum design, thinking development stage and school education model for girls and boys on the development of mathematical thinking was explored. The results showed that the difference of mathematical thinking between high school boys and girls is significant at the stages of pre-school,last semester of first grade and second grade. In the previous stage, boys were better than girls, and the next stage is the opposite. The difference is not obvious in next semester of first grade and last semester of third grade. The rapid development of mathematical thinking of boys ended after first grade. It is the fastest develop and tend to mature for girls' mathematical thinking in next semester of first grade and last semester of second grade, and the difference is not very obvious compared with the mathematical thinking level of boys, girls scores improved quickly and better than boys in the later stage. The comparative education teaching experiment in the experimental class found that there are generality and individuality in the development of thinking between the students in the experimental class and in the whole class. The commonalities include the difference in mathematical thinking is consistent between the experimental class and the whole grade, but the difference is obvious in the first grade, boys are better than girls;the development of girls' mathematical thinking is quick and the boys' are slow in the first semester of second grades;the difference between boys and girls in the experimental class is the smallest in high school, the mathematical thinking of girls in the whole grade catch up with the boys;boys and girls mathematical thinking is generally balanced, and there is nosignificant difference in third grade;boys' mathematical thinking is more dispersed than girls, and the polarization is obvious.Individuality includes girls mathematical thinking faster than full grade girls in last semester of second grade and the scores improved obviously;the development of mathematical thinking of boys in the experimental class is faster than that of the whole grade boys, the gap is the largest in high school stage.Based on this topic research results and the comparison of experimental classes of teaching experiment, some suggestions on high school mathematics teachers are put forward: 1.change the idea, set up the education idea of sex difference;2.according to the characteristics of mathematical thinking, the development of students' mathematical thinking;3.to grasp the stage of the development of mathematical thinking of boys and girls students, develop the mathematical thinking of boys and girls students rapidly;4.improve the occasion, choose appropriate teaching methods, the overall development of boys and girls students mathematical thinking;5.using extracurricular counseling, promote the balanced development of mathematical thinking both boys and girls;6.education interference can reduce the difference in the development of mathematical thinking of boys and girls.
