As the post-Olympic era is coming, how to help the students from everywhere who are in transitioning period, to improve their study, has become a problem to be solved urgently, as well as an issue to be pondered by every educators in Sports school. People do sports nation-widely in People's Republic of China, so batches of"professional athletes"went to sports school from childhood, getting drilled whole-heartedly. However, it turns out that those students have weaknesses in cultural qualities and vocational skills; plus, they have little initiative but too much dependency to learn. In high school, especially, it's not developing in a good way as to the learning of mother language: Chinese.This paper has been dedicated to target five sports schools in Zhejiang Province in order to conduct a research, which involves analyzing students'academic results, observing classroom behavior, interviewing students individually and researching students'daily behavior. It is found that in Sports school, students do not merit in learning Chinese, which leads few successes in teachers'teaching activities. The reason has also been analyzed in aspects of students, teachers, school and the era. It has been accounted that the main cause would be students having no sense of identity of what they are learning and their weak motivation to learn,their elementary knowledge is not solid, learning method is not right and they have bad learning habits. Besides, students have low stability to focus on learning, inappropriate attribution, and teachers have not known their students well, which results in derail in teaching students and students'practical situation. In addition, teachers do not pay attention to students'quality aspects and the regulations in school are not perfect, they have little contribution in students'cultural course teaching and few qualified teachers, and last but not least is sports school has to transition with the development. For assisting students in learning Chinese and improve the experience of few successful teaching activities in sports schools, this paper has conducted a survey for successful education theoretically and practically. It turns out that"successful education"can not only enhance overall students'Chinese literacy, improve teaching quality, but also make students feel accomplished.
