With the rapid development of sports career in our country, the whole society paymore and more attention on the cultivating mode of sports talents. The requirements notonly lie on good training but also ask for higher cultural quality to improve their moralqualities, intellectual ability, physical fitness and aesthetic appreciation. However, there aresome big problems with the sports personnel cultural training model.Based on the successful education theory, combining with the research status at homeand abroad, this thesis does a research for junior school students’ Chemistry learningsituation in sports school the author worked. Data were collected through observation,interviews, and the questionnaires. Then the author analyses the reasons causing thedifficulties in chemistry learning from six aspects: conflicts between learning and training,students, teachers, school, coaches, family and society.In order to solve these problems, the author does a experimental study of implementingsuccessful education on Junior School’s Chemistry in sports School. The research mainlystudies the following aspects: strengthening non-intelligence factor to develop students’successful psychology and self-education ability, changing education idea and renewingeducation concept to encourage students build positive expectancies, reforming teachingthrough content, way and methods to offer opportunities for success, implementingencouraging evaluation to enable the students to obtain the experience of success.The results show that successful teaching strategies are very effective. The students’performances in chemistry are improved entirely. The successful education strategies helpthe students build positive learning motivation and improve their learning confidence. Thusthe quality of classroom instruction is highly improved. More students can enjoy theirsuccess.
