With the development of the instructional informationizition and the practice of Present Humanism,Cognitivism, Constructivism and other teaching ideas, the network Self-regulated learning is increasingly becoming an important way to contemporary students'learning, and also provide various approaches for special education. For the hearing impaired , the network self-efficacy is mastering the key to e-learning, understanding the factors influencing the self-efficacy in the process of Self-regulated learning with network, it has important significance for hearing-impaired students to earn there confidence when they practice Self-regulated learning through the network.According to Zimmerman's Self-regulated learning theory, the paper will analyse some aspects of the factors and stages of Self-regulated learning to find the variables of the self-efficacy in the network learning procession, then creat an internet self-efficacy scale to detect the hearing-impaired students , survey data by factor and regression analysis, and finally work out the key factors that influencing the Internet self-efficacy when hearing-impaired students Self-regulated learn in the internet .By the analysis, account that the Self-regulated learning process of the hearing-impaired student, its learning environment has attribution to behavior aspect , listening-impaired students, their motivation is not clear enough during the networks Self-regulated learning , and their Internet Self-Efficacy strongly relys on external support, the paper also gives some teaching proposal on these issues.
