Domestic about hearing-impaired child’s language rehabilitation has made greatprogress in Medicin、Pedagogic、 Psychology. but research on Hearing-impairedchildren is relatively scarce.As a Family Theraoy,Satir Model is widely used in thepractice of social work in foreign countries which has played a unique effect in themarriage and young people’s behavior modification.This paper is based on a five-year-old hearing-impaired girl named XiaoXue,who has been cochlear implant surgery and is rehabilitating language in aLanguage Rehabilitation Training School.The three stages of human identity process model. In the first stage ofrelationship development,the task is to finish family diagnosis and understand currentsituation of family problems; In the second stage, the task is to realize familyreconstruction,making family members aware of the problem and make changes; inthe third stage, the task is to strengthen the family practice and make family membersuse new pattern deal with problems.At last, the author put forwards the advantages of the Satir Model in interveningHearing-impaired children by comparing with the other modes, rethinks the defects ofthis case work and gives an expectation to the future development of the Satir Modelin China.
