Teaching is always accompanied by some unexpected emergencies. How to deal with these emergencies requires teachers teaching tact .Meanwhile teaching tact is also the need of new curriculum reform and high class. It can creatively process accident in the classroom. The classroom accident can be valuable resource to teachers. Let students not only in the knowledge level improved. But also in the creation ability, ability of thinking, imagination and morals quality improvement and development aspects. This paper mainly studies two questions: First, different teacher in the classroom for emergency treatment methods and influence factors of classroom teaching tact; Second, trigger strategy and advice of teaching tact. This paper is divided into five parts.Preface is research problems and research significance. This paper discusses the factors that affect the teaching tact trigger hidden behind through the observation and analysis of classroom teaching tact, and put forward the strategy and triggered teaching tact. Improve teachers' teaching level.The first part is the theoretical background to research the teaching tact of high school classroom, including the meaning of teaching tact and the research situation. Teaching tact is an creative action that has education significance to classroom emergencies .It has practicality, educational, creative, situations, decisiveness features. Teaching tact and teaching art, education wisdom, creative teaching has both similarities and difference. The new curriculum reform calls for the class teaching tact eagerly.The second part is research steps. This paper adopts classroom observation and video methodology, questionnaire and interviews. Five of teachers from Changchun and two teachers from Henan province for classroom observation. There are 28 classes in all, record emergency number and Teachers' processing method. Questionnaire includes the sort of the influence factors by teachers and teachers' idea about teaching tact, involves four dimensions : Teachers expectations to the classroom; Teachers attitude to emergencies, teachers' training students view and the reason why has this attitude . The main content of Interview is teachers'opinion to teaching tact and factors that hinder teaching talent.The third part is the research results. The results of the study include classroom observation analysis and the analysis of the factors affecting the teaching tact. Classroom observation compares different teaching age teachers teaching tact, different regions teaching tact, High school and junior high school teaching tact. Find out the teachers' teaching tact generally very low. The influence factors of teaching tact can be divided into the internal factors and external factors, internal factors include teachers' idea about teaching tact, teachers' professional knowledge, teachers' education scientific knowledge and teachers' professional happiness; External factors include pedagogue's characteristics, teaching atmosphere, education policymakers purpose and teaching evaluation system. Through the order of 8 factors important degree can be know that Teachers' idea about teaching tact is the most important influence factors of teaching tact, ordinal it is the teacher's professional knowledge, teachers' education scientific knowledge, teachers' professional happiness, teaching atmosphere, pedagogue's characteristics, education policymakers target and the teaching evaluation system.The fourth part is the countermeasure and the suggestion to promote the teaching tact. First, develop good teaching talent concept; Second, implement teaching reflection timely ; Third, improve teachers' knowledge literacy; Fourth, create harmonious classroom atmosphere; Fifth, improve teachers' professional happiness. This study will inspire to middle school teachers, so as to improve the teaching quality.
