This study focuses on the problem is:what is the performance of the application with elementary novice teacher’s tact of teaching?How to improve the using ability of teaching tact with conversion himself and external conditions? On these issues, this paper define the teaching tact through a review of the literature and preliminary interviews as:the teaching tact is the teaching art and ability of matching the teaching element by the teacher base on specific teaching situation. The teaching tact includes the ability of the teacher resolve unexpected situation rationally and effectively in classroom, also includes the action of the teacher initiative to change teaching practices according to the learning situation, teaching content and other conditions and improve teaching efficiency.In the selection of the study, the study chooses 10 teachers from the Gao Ban town, Jintang County Primary School to conducted in-depth interviews, and on this basis, chooses teacher Deng and teacher Zhang to focus on tracking and observation, and ultimately obtain conclusions of the study through the analysis of the investigation results. This paper argues that there are some problems with the elementary novice teachers when they use the teaching tact in the classroom:(1) the teacher’s regulatory artistic is not high in the teaching process, deal with things with panic to panic and lack of rational self-control, which also led to a lack of effective communication by teachers and students and inhibited the student’s participation in the classroom to some extent; (2) the teacher’s reaction capacity is poor, often miss the best time to use teaching tact and reduce the degree of teaching resources; (3) the teacher lack of aesthetic care for the regulation of teaching environment and the teaching atmosphere is not conducive to student learning; (4) when the teacher learn the teaching way from excellent teachers, there is a tendency to imitate mechanically, less originality tact. Elementary novice teacher’s teaching tact use improper, which result solidification of teaching mode in classroom, linearization and simplification of the teaching process, it is difficult to form a dynamically generated class.Combining education, psychology, sociology, and other related theories, inquiring for the reason, we believe that the elementary novice teachers teaching tact influence by some factors,such as the teacher’s learning background, recruited schools, personal motivation and so on.It mainly embodies as follows:(1) the teacher’s strain capacity is poor teachers, lacking of accurate judgments and processing for unexpected incidents in the classroom; (2) the structure of teachers’ knowledge is not comprehensive, especially in the level of practical knowledge, practical knowledge is fragmented, scattered and it is difficult to effectively guide the novice teacher timely an effective to solute the classroom’s emergencies; (3) the teacher also lack of good habits on reflection, can not create the teaching tact from the original instance; (4) the school grand narrative training style lacks of attention for the real classroom teaching. The cultivation of the teacher’s teaching tact is often overlooked by management and trainers.Comprehensive the results with analysis of relevant data and survey, I think that we should improve elementary novice teacher’s teaching tact from the following aspects: (1) improving the quality of the teacher’s mental. We should improve the teacher’s capacity to grasp the teaching opportunity from the cultivation of psychological stability resilience; (2) the teacher should focus on training teaching practical skills, improve teaching resourcefulness through respecting the student’s subject value and the teaching reflection based on the teaching law; (3) the teacher should expand their subject knowledge and deepen their own teaching philosophy laying foundation for using teaching tact rationally; (4) the school should improve the training mode for the novice teacher. Providing more site-based teaching examples in the training process, and strengthening the purpose of the excellent teacher’s help and strap.
