Classroom teaching is an important link of teaching from teachers and students learn knowledge andimprove skills. With the development of science and technology, lots of information and the full range ofbombing, the knowledge and vision of thinking of modern students has gone far beyond our imagination.Especially the students’ rich imagination, creativity, thinking and imagination and frequent outbreak of thebomb, making the class no longer calm, even” accidents”, it is very hard to control. facing such a complexand ever changing classroom environment, such rich and colorful way of thinking, as the leader of theclassroom teachers how to deal with? Not only protect the enthusiasm of students’ thinking, but also guidestudents to learn. and timely decisive, effective problem solving, solving troubles, and to maintain thenormal teaching order, it also guarantee the classroom teaching does not deviate from subject. Seriousclassroom teaching situation highlights the importance of “the factor of education”. What is the factor ofeducation, and what are factors affect teacher’s education level. and what is the significance of education. aseries of problems thinking and discussing, it has an important significance to guide the growth anddevelopment of students with effectively deal with the crisis, a reasonable class, comprehensive, timely,creatively.The new teaching mode and teaching situation requires teachers to have a good education.Consideration on the other hand, educational tact is internalization and integration of teachers’ knowledge,emotion and will, it is not enough for teacher to have rich professional knowledge, but also they must havethe mature wisdom. if the educational wisdom is an inherent quality of teachers, so educational tact isexternal manifestation of educational wisdom, Inner wisdom requires continuous learning, thinking, finallyas to accumulate sediment. It is the core problem in the research of concern in this text to external withwhich factors impact on it. The paper is based on the wide investigation, combined with the experience andachievements of previous scholars, to focus on special group of teachers on high school politics, throughthe methods of literature research, empirical research, the influence of high school ideological and politicalteachers education level of various facts were classified and analyzed, and the pertinence of the conclusion,having certain reference value for how to improve the teachers’ education level. Finally, some shortagesand limitations of this paper study are summarized, and the later scholars put forward some suggestions andprospects of the research and development on this subject.
