With the development of the educational informationization and the new curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools, IT has been increasingly popular courses in our country, especially the new curriculum reform for basic education provides a great opportunity for the development of IT.IT, as one of the technology subject, has become one of the high school students'Compulsory subjects. In 2003, the Average High School Technology Curriculum standard was promulgated, it made the IT education forward one step further and be in prominent position in primary and secondary schools. As the executor of IT education——IT teachers are confronted with new challenges. As IT is a"young"discipline itself and to change with each passing day, its knowledge system has been changing. However, the curriculum standard determines what basic knowledge of IT the high school students should master. In the mean time, it also identified what basic knowledge of IT the high school teacher should master. Discipline knowledge of IT is the most important and basic part of the knowledge system of IT, it is also the condition of effective teaching. Therefore, whether the IT teachers have master their discipline knowledge will directly affect the professional development of teachers.In order to further understand the condition that high school IT teacher masters their discipline knowledge, I made the Survey questionnaire of High school IT teacher's Discipline knowledge myself, based on the Average High School Technology Curriculum standard'request. I made a survey in someplace in Henan province, and analyzed the data from the survey statistically. According to the problems appearing in the survey, I put forward to some strategies about the fostering and training of IT teacher's discipline knowledge.
