With the "human-oriented" management idea goes deep into human heart gradually, the traditional idea, which is only regard people as an the management object already can not adapt to and satisfy the development of modem society. The manager realized that only improve the job satisfaction of staff can make them keep the recognition and loyalty. For high school, teacher is the subject of teaching,so the activity of the teachers is the main factor that effect the school teaching, teaching quality and academic level. For this reason, how to mobilize and incentive the job satisfaction of teacher become an important issue. This paper focus on the state and how to improve the level of the teachers'job satisfaction in college from the following aspects:This study makes the special research on the teachers from Hebei Vocational College for Correctional Police through"Questionnaire of Teachers' Job Satisfaction"drew up by Yang Yanqin, based on previous research on the job satisfaction and the teachers' job satisfaction.The result give us the first data information, which show us the overall level of teachers'job satisfaction and nine points dimension of satisfaction. Through the analysis of the data, we found: the job satisfaction level of Hebei Vocational College for Correctional Police teacher is in the medium level. Teachers have a high level on the dimension of "the job itself", "social status and acceptance", "colleague relationship" and "work pressure", but a lower level on "training education", "student quality", "income treatment", "working environment and conditions". The job satisfaction exist remarkable differences in campus, age, education background, teaching age, but there are no difference on sex, marital status, the professional post.According to the characteristics of intellectual employee and their four motivated dimensions, that are "type of individual growth", "independent", "business work achievement" and "money wealth" dimensions, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve teachers' job satisfaction from management point of view, combined with the specific condition of the job satisfaction of Hebei Vocational College for Correctional Police teachers.
