| Whether the staff is satisfied with every related aspects of the work is a kind of attitude and emotional experience, we also call it employee satisfaction. The employee satisfaction will affect the positive attitude and creative development directly. Henan province is located in the central China with a large population and backward economy. In order to realize the rising of the central China, the universities in Henan province play an important role in the personnel training, and then the enhancing of the teacher's satisfaction will have a positive promoted influence on the personnel training. As a result, universities should pay attention to the teacher's satisfaction.On the basis of the deep research on the projects and structures of the domestic and oversea various employee satisfactions, a rigorous questionnaire has been formulated. It adopts the factors analysis, project analysis as well as the test of the validity and reliability to formulate a"Questionnaire of the University teacher's satisfaction"which has a practical value. It works out the factors of the employee satisfaction, such as: work compensation, work acknowledgement, leadership and management, work environment, self-development, training, acquaintance and human relationship in the college. Through the One-way analysis of variance, it has a comprehensive understanding to the overall situation of the university teacher's satisfaction as well as the influence of the personal background factors to the overall satisfaction and other various factors. The result demonstrates: 1) Generally speaking, the satisfaction of the university teacher is very general. The satisfaction of the leadership and management, training and personal achievement and the development is lower. Nevertheless, the satisfaction of the work acknowledgement, acquaintance and human relationships in the college is higher. 2) From the gender prospective, the work acknowledgement of the female teacher is apparently lower than the male teachers. There is no obvious difference on the other aspects. From marriage prospective, the overall satisfaction of the married teacher as well as various factors is higher than the single, especially the obvious discrepancy on the work compensation, training, college, human relationships and so on.According to the forward results, this paper proposes a pertinence and preventive action in order to enhance the teacher's satisfaction: establish a scientific check-up system, carry out welfare publicity, perfect the training mechanism, improve the college's management and increase the challenge of the teachers'work; personally, employee should have a proper self-positioning, suitable self-regulation, get more in touch with outside world, cultivate a good work habits, take an active part in exercises and so on. |
