Advanced vocational institutions are an important type of higher education. Nowadays, they faced with enormous challenges and opportunities. We should pay more attention on its type characteristics. As a front-end, high-level education, advanced vocational institutions are developing very quickly. In the long term, it is should be in line with social development, and meet the professional needs of the employer.The goal of advanced vocational education is to meet the needs of society, focusing on student's ability to apply techniques. Advanced vocational education too much emphasis on skills development and the company's meet. Weaken the theory. It's inevitably to ignore the quality of education .Physical education curriculum as a compulsory course can help students have a healthy body and positive attitude.Currently, the trend of advanced vocational institution is to train high-quality technical expertise as their goal. There is a big difference between secondary education and advanced vocational education. Following the development of technology, advanced vocational institution should continue to improve their level. Knowledge,ability and quality structure should be collaborative. Physical education curriculum is essential part of the education system structure. We must continue to have challenges in PE curriculum. Improve the quality of talent to better meet the needs of higher vocational education. Gradually improve the framework of higher vocational education system.This essay selected 14 advanced vocational institutions in Hebei Province for the study. This essay mainly used literature, survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study. According to investigate the guiding ideology, hours, credits, curriculum, curriculum content, screening equipment, and course evaluation system, we draw the following conclusion :the curriculum structure are not well designed, curriculum model are lack of specific, the term of physical course are short for short for student to choose, etc. In the student satisfaction survey shows: most of the students are more satisfied with the curriculum setting, not in favor of open too many Common Course. The curriculum contents are not diversified or flexible. In the investigation of the impact of the curriculum shows: the lack of venues and equipment, choose the lack of specific materials. In the investigation of the strategies mainly on guiding ideology, curriculum model, curriculum setting and curriculum evaluation, and make reasonable suggestions. The study refers to the theoretical basis for proposed Hebei vocational college sports curriculum.
