Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Informatization Construction Of Higher Vocational Education In Hebei Province

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the party points out that "do well in network education" means that education informatization in China has entered into a new era of intelligent leading and integrating innovation--the era of education informatization 2.0."2017 China higher occupation education quality annual report" pointed out that the basic information environment in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country has been in the international advanced level,and more than 80% higher vocational colleges has reached the requirements of "occupation college digital campus construction standards" construction standards.Higher vocational education in China has been developing for over 30 years.In recent 10 years,a number of demonstrative models have been formed in higher vocational education,and a number of demonstration schools and backbone schools have been established.Higher vocational education is gradually becoming innovative,independent and irreplaceable.With the continuous development and promotion of educational informatization,the overall running level and social service ability of China's higher vocational colleges have reached a new stage.Through the research and analysis of the literature data,it is found that the information construction of higher vocational education lags behind that of higher education and basic education.The informationization of higher vocational education aims at cultivating high skilled and innovative information talents,using information technology to realize the information of teaching,scientific research,management and public service,reform the teaching mode of higher vocational education,and finally realize the modernization of higher vocational education.On the basis of reviewing relevant literature and clarifying the current situation of education informatization research at home and abroad,this study analyzes the connotation,purpose and construction requirements of higher vocational education informatization,and finally takes Hebei higher vocational colleges as the research object,designs questionnaires and carries out interviews.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey results and interview records,we have mastered the status of education informationization in various vocational colleges.The questionnaire mainly investigates the information environment,information resources and applications,information application system,information organization and information security system.By analyzing the present situation,the author finds out the problems in the process of informatization development of higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province,including:unreasonable allocation of information funds,lack of co-construction and sharing of digital resources,lack of information full-time personnel,insufficient information training and so on.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems,this paper puts forward the development strategy of higher vocational education informatization in Hebei Province from the following aspects: rationally allocation funds;continue to optimize the information environment;construct a digital resource co-construction and sharing mechanism and platform for Higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province;improve the information team;formulate information development plans;improve the information organization;establish information security measures;build the campus information portal system;promote integration of industry and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises by means of informatization.
