The Research On The Training Of Innovation Talents In Colleges And Universities On The Ground Of Network Culture

The network, as a ubiquitous tool in the communication of information, has penetrated into all the aspects of social life. And its influence on education is growing day by day, especially for the young students have accepted and adopted it. Using the network culture formed by the network to transfer a reasonable values to high school students, to develop a new way of innovation education ,to enhance the quality of talents and education efficiency are necessary. This paper is aim to explore the basic knowledge and related theory of the combination of the network culture and the training of innovative talents.Firstly, this paper clarifies the concept and connotation of the culture and the network culture, introduces the development of the culture and the network culture, and summaries and analysis the characteristics of the network culture. On the basis of above, the educational characteristics of the traditional culture and the network culture are analyzed. And the favorable factors of the innovation education in the universities are also analyzed .On the basis of the interpretation of the development history and basic concept of innovation education, the basic principles of innovation education, which should be gradually insisted, are analyzed one by one. Then from the angles of the state, the society, and the personal development, the actual meaning and the function of innovation education in the higher school are discussed, the necessity and feasibility of network innovation education in higher school are analyzed. Through the analysis of the survey data, the basic conditions of network innovation education in higher school are ready. The improvement of the quality of network innovation education must be supported and guaranteed by complete, system, and stable platform of network innovation education. Finally, the theory model of the platform of network innovation education is designed with the relevant theory. Several measures to construct and optimize the campus environment of innovation education are put forward.
