Research On The Innovation Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Cultivating New Talents Of The Time

"Cultivating new talents of the time" is the short version of "cultivating new talents of the time who can take the responsibility of national rejuvenation".This idea was firstly proposed by Xi Jinping at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The thesis insightfully answered the fundamental problems including "what kind of talents are we going to cultivate in the new era,how to cultivate them and who will they work for",which is the important task after China and the Communist Party entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the heritage and development of the socialist ideology among new generation,the latest orientation of the educational objectives of new talents in the new era.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly put forward new ideas,standpoints,thesis and requirements about ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,in order to achieve the Two Centenary Goals and cultivate builders and successors for the great Chinese rejuvenation in a series of conferences,speeches,addresses and letters.By proposing the idea of the cultivation of new talents of the time,the direction for the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been pointed out,providing the constantly power for the comprehensive innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.From the perspective of cultivating new talents in the new era,this paper takes the ideological and political education innovation in colleges and universities in the new era as the research object,takes the problem orientation as the research idea.On the basis of summarizing the existing research results,provides new ideas and new methods for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to cultivate new students in thenew era.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part of the article summarizes the basis of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research methodologies,innovations and deficiencies.The second part interprets the connotation of the new generations of the time and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It lays stress on the theoretical basis,importance and urgency of the research on the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of cultivating new talents of the time.The third part analyzes the current ideological and political education innovation in colleges and universities from the perspective of cultivating new talents,mainly elaborates the favorable conditions,problems and challenges in the ideological and political education innovation in colleges and universities,and also analyzes the reasons for the problems and challenges.The fourth part discusses the guiding ideology,basic principles and specific innovation measures,especially the the idea of education,the carrier and mechanism,the method of teacher team construction and the educational environment of the ideological and political educational innovation in colleges and universities,from perspective of cultivating new talents of the time.
