In the era of rapid development of knowledge economy,the competition between countries in the world has gradually shif-ted to the competition among talents.Cultivating innovative talents is the inevitable requirement of contemporary economic development,and also the development direction of China’s higher education institutions.Knowledge innovation,technology innovation and personnel training are considered as the fundamental missions of institutions of higher learning.The responsibility of nation-building and national rejuvenation is shouldered,and it is important to be aware of the mission to cultivate science and technology innovation talents.Relevant theories of psychology,talent science,pedagogy and statistics are applied to the cultivation system and strategy of science and technology innovation talents in X colleges and universities in the dissertation,from qualitative to quantitative analysis,X The countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating scientific and technological innovative talents in colleges and universities are put forward.The theoretical significance and practical value of cultivating science and technology innovation talents in higher education institutions in our country are revealed.Science and technology innovation talents be considered as the research object of the paper.Through questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of cultivation of science and technology innovation talents in X colleges and universities,the problems existing in the training of scientific and technological innovation talents in colleges and universities are found.Then the cause of the prorblem is analyzed from the educational environment,school management,teacher’s team level.Then the system of cultivation of science and technology innovation talents in X colleges and universities was put forward from the multidisciplinary level and the elements of training system were reduced through the index reduction algorithm based on gray relational analysis.Then the important factors of the training system were identified by AHP and the importance ranking was given.Finally,according to the sorting results of AHP,the countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating scientific and technological innovative talents are put forward by X colleges and universities,which provides strategic guidance for training scientific and technological innovative talents in colleges and universities.The main research work is as follows:(1)The characteristics of science and technology innovation talents are systematically analyzed from the following four aspects,including a broad knowledge system,outstanding personality qualities,innovative thinking methods and key capabilities of practice.At the same time,systematic research on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents is provided by the personnel training system support.(2)X colleges and universities of cultivation present situation of science and technology innovation talents is analyzed,the existing problems and causes are analyzed through questionnaire,and then the factors of constructing and cultivating system of science and technology innovation talents in colleges and universities are reduced through the index reduction algorithm based on gray relational analysis.Finally,The important factors of this training system are sorted using AHP algorithm.(3)From six aspects of education concept,educational environment,faculty,curriculum system,teaching methods and appraisal,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating science and technology innovative talents in X colleges and universities are proposed based on the importance rankings given by AHP.Based on the above research contents,the cultivation system of science and technology innovation talents in X colleges and universities is systematically studied and the countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating science and technology innovation talents are put forward.In addition,the construction of innovative countries is supported through the detailed analysis of relevant theoretical and empirical findings. |
