Research On The Present Situation Of Innovative Talents Training Mode Reform In Colleges And Universities Of China

The current rapid socioeconomic development puts forward new requirements towards the cultivation of innovative talents; however, if you want to achieve this goal,you need to reform the current innovative training models. At present, many colleges have explored our country’s innovation talents training model. Many experts also have talked about our country’s innovation talents training model and pay more attention on it. But in this time many researches just focus on the theory not on the current situation. So we urgently understand the current situation of innovation talents training model and explore the strategies of innovation talents training model’s deeper reform.At first, on the basis of looking up the relevant document literature of innovative training model in experimental zone, the writer made a questionnaire survey and a interview with the teachers and student in experimental zone so that we can know the current situation in our country deeply. Then the writer finds the common experience“solid foundation, strong practice and the importance of innovation” of cultivation of innovation talents. But it still has the problems “the wrong transfer of innovative knowledge, the lack of innovative knowledge, the simple practice of innovation activity, the deficiency of cultivation quality’s guarantee”. By doing a research on the origin of the problems, the writer thinks that there are four main reasons which hinder the development of the cultivation of innovation talents. The four reasons are that“rigorous curriculum provision; hard to create environment; hard to build practical platform; the absence of education management”. In the finally, from five aspects“leading concept, guiding curriculum, motivating environment, introducing platform and piloting management ”,the paper proposes five strategies of the deeper innovative training models in order to achieve the effects“ completing innovation model, building innovation knowledge, enhancing innovation awareness, improving innovation capabilities, activating innovation system”.The paper states the current situation of our country’s innovation talents training model in details so as to providing the basis for leaders’ knowing the current situation of our country’s innovation talents training from every part. The paper puts forward the strategies to deepen reform so as to becoming good to change the current situation in which educational decision makers learn the experience abroad as blind as a bat.For this way, it could make a basis to let educational decision makers build our own innovation talents training model. In the end of the paper, the writer points the shortcomings in this paper so that the writer looks forward to making an inspiring and learning for future research.
