For a long time, because of the influence of the traditional education, secondary vocational schools still adopt some old and mechanical methods in the mathematics teaching contents, methods, and model not fully considered characteristics of vocational school students and professional characteristics, basically followed the general pattern and thinking, this re-uniform requirements and light teaching personality development, basic and can not adapt to the different needs of different learning needs of students, obviously can not meet the requirements of vocational education. Therefore, the key to improving the student-based education in the overall professional quality staff is practicing the secondary vocational education philosophy in the mathematics classroom.The author,who is based on fully learn of education, psychology and related knowledge, integrated of many years of teaching experience, conducted the exploration and practice in the classroom teaching staff to reform under the student-based education concept. In the continual process of reflection, the accumulation of teaching experience, and education under the concept of birth in the level of the mathematics teaching reform success stories, for graduate students under the guidance of the educational philosophy of teaching in the mathematics classroom level provides a good basis for reform.By pairs of students research the background of this educational philosophy, purpose and significance of dynamic and other aspects of domestic and foreign research explored the interpretation of this educational philosophy students in grade mathematics teaching in the basic concepts, principles and theoretical basis for such a career highlight features of the mathematical classroom teaching, is to improve the students to adapt to the overall quality of social development for teaching purposes. Analysis of the current level of China in the status of mathematics teaching, combined with school mathematics classroom teaching students the practical experiments of this education, pay attention to highlight the level of occupational characteristics of mathematics teaching, the students of this educational philosophy is applied to each section of flexible math classes, summarized from the reform of mathematics teaching some of the conclusions.Articles from improved understanding of the nature of mathematics teaching to start in the student-based education philosophy, raising awareness of the nature of mathematics teaching to awaken students interested in exploring the autonomy of teaching methods,; students independently explore and promote cooperation and exchange,; evaluation of classroom teaching reform approach to curricular and process evaluation. Through teaching, the students love math, math class more human.
