Mathematics,as a basis of learning,has been regarded as one of the most difficult courses for secondary school students due to its abstractness and complexity.Through case study,literature review and questionnaire,it is found that the traditional introduction of mathematics in most secondary vocational schools can't attract students' attention,and students lack interest in learning mathematics,which leads to the weakening of learning confidence and the decline of learning performance.How to improve the effect of the leading-in of mathematics in secondary vocational schools by carrying out student-oriented teaching idea is the subject of this thesis.The author holds that the student-oriented educational principle originates from the humanism in the West,whose core idea is "human-oriented".It not only emphasizes the development of human potentials and the establishment of self-fulfillment value,but also advocates the hole-personalization education in a student-centered way.The student-oriented teaching theory in China is the development of humanism,in which,with the help of the teachers,teachers' teaching methods should mainly depend on the students' learning interests – that is,the teachers should learn after practicing,teach after learning,teach less,but learn more,and deciding teaching strategies based on learning situation.It stresses on that everything is for the development of students,and the relations between students and teachers in which students should be highly respected,and the three principles of mathematic teaching and learning: respectively,active learning,best motivation and progressive learning.It also encourages students to learn independently.All of these measures play a positive role in teacher's leading function,fostering students ' interest and enriching students' confidence toward studying mathematics.The author believes that,teachers are supposed to insist on teaching principles with pertinence,heuristic,novelty and relevance.Meanwhile,adopting multiple strategies,such as leading-in questions,experiments,scenes and stories,etc.The implementation of the student-oriented teaching idea and optimization of the effect of classroom leading-in not only can complete mathematical teaching requirements of secondary vocational school,but also is based on the learning reality of secondary vocational school students,in line with the cognitive process of secondary vocational students.
