Over the past decade, with the perspective of neuroscience evidence established from early learning and the importance of early experiences, the early education of children aged 0-3 years old has aroused world attention. Our government in recent years is gradually starting to focus on children aged 0-3 early education. In 2001, the State Council approved the issuance of the "Development of Chinese Children (2001-2010)". It is the first explicit proposal to develop 0-3 year-old infants of the early upbringing. In May 2010, the State Council examined and approved the "Long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)". In the pre-development tasks, the plan clearly demanded:"Value early education of childhood aged 0-3 year-old. " This means that the country will include early childhood education into the long-term education reform and development planning. So far, China's 0-3 year-old infant and early childhood education really is on the fast lane gradually. Various types of early childhood institutions, such as early education centers, family centers, Kisses the child garden, family clubs, potential development centers, continue to emerge. But most organizations is lack of teachers. Early education in management, research and implementation presents very outstanding issues. Particularly, the vast majority of teachers is lack of educational theory and educational practice about the 0-3 year-old infant education. They are lack of capacity, necessary professional theory, professional skills. Teachers is at very low degree of specialization.In our pre-school early education of 0-3 is just a new set of professional expertise. It is weak in appropriate training objectives, curriculum system, teaching materials and practical aspects. These things seriously affecte the quality of early education. There are little domestic research results, or even blank in the following fields:how to regulate the market of 0-3 early education, how to establish 0-3 eligibility criteria, how to train a professional 0-3 early education teachers. Therefore, the research on how to train teachers teaching the early education of 0-3 year-old children have a theoretical and practical significance. It will provide scientific guidance and workable theory programs of teaching and teacher training for the education of our children aged 0-3 years old. This will promote a healthy and sustainable development for the 0-3 year-old early education. First, this paper elaborates the theory and practice of early education research at home and abroad.Then it elaborates the conception of early education, describes the object, the subject, the special nature of the content and the methods of early education. Third, it analyzes the contents and features of the current early education at home and abroad and make a target location on the early 0-3 education professionals of colleges. It make a deep analysis of the 0-3 early education professionals who should have the basic qualities and core quality. At last, it constructs the initial curriculum system of early childhood education colleges.
