With the expansion of Higher Education, Educational Technology, known as the Grade-2subject of Education, has achieved a certain degree of growth in terms of the number of students on campus.However, this growth is not a step by step process, it was motivated by some human factors. In recent years, some problems on the quality of Education has emerged in the field of Educational Technology, it demands research on the students'satisfaction, finding the problems lie in the teaching process and proposing solutions to these problems in order to make a significant improvement on the level of teaching in Educational Technology.This study, targeting students'learning satisfaction, surveyed408graduate students from17selected universities, whoes major is Educational Technology. The data was analyzed by using the software named SPSS16.0, we have found that:(1) the average score of students'satisfaction is2.998on a scale of5while5being the most satisfied, it showed an overall low satisfaction among the graduate students of Educational Technology.(2)The sub-scale aspect of Curriculum had the highest score while the sub-scale Student Development had the lowest.(3) For individual questions,"The graduate students of Educational Technology have a good employment prospect" had the lowest, which was2.437. It was affected significantly by the factors of grade and the type of the university that participants came from.(4) The satisfaction of graduate students on Educational Technology had a positive correlation with the students'behavior intensions. The Students'Development, Major Prospect and The Teaching Staff Quality are the key factors to the Students Satisfaction.(5) Taking the demographic variables into consideration, grade, the type of the graduate students, and whether having working experience are the significant variables to the Satisfaction Of Graduate Students in Educational Technology while gender, the type of the university they were in and the type of the academic degree do not have a significant influence on it.In order to increase the satisfaction of the graduate students of Educational Technology, based on the research findings, the paper makes the following suggestions:(1) Correspond to academic master and professional master, the universities have to provide major cultivation programs focused either on academic level or professional quality.(2) Provide students with perfect employment guidance information service; solve the problems they meet timely.(3) Make professional positioning and the training goals clear and cultivate the talents efficiently.(4) Strengthen the link between theory and practice, improve the influence of the major by combining the theory and the practice.
