The majority of women thereforehave the opportunity to go into schools to receive education, especially higher education。With thedevelopment of Chinese society, the proportion of the number of female students at the school areconstantly rising, female college students has become a compelling groups.the value orientation of thefemale students is a concern of the problem In this value orientation pluralistic society.Reform and openingup and the great development of science and technology has brought us convenience while also bring thevarious trends of thought in the West.Money worship, hedonism, individualism has had a great impact onthe value orientation of the female students, traditional culture and in the subtle influence of today’s femalestudents.Therefore, today’s female students on the value orientation can not help but have a lot ofcontradictions and confusion. Human civilization up to today, female college students eager to equalitybetween men and women, they want an independent, professional women, but social discrimination againstwomen still exists so many female students is difficult to satisfactory employment. So there will be a lot offemale college students choose the "Quxianjiuguo".Many female students of the negative information onthe network, newspaper, let the world worried about the situation of female college students. Therefore,concerned about the value orientation of today’s female students have very great significance.This paper mainly uses the method of questionnaire survey female students to select somecolleges and universities in Henan Province, the use of self questionnaire survey of today’s female collegestudent life, and the idea of love and marriage and employment outlook.The statistical analysis of the data obtained by the status and characteristics of the value orientation of today’s female students, then putforward a reasonable education countermeasures. Through data analysis, the author draws the valueorientation of the female college students today is characterized by:1. Positive and negative coexist, bothtraditional and modern.2.Practical and utilitarian,3. contradiction. According to the characteristics of thevalue orientation of the female students, I tried to put forward some reasonable proposals, are:(a) updatedconcepts of education, attention to gender differences, achieving gender equality;(b) the establishment of afemale college student counseling room, a variety of structures for female studentsexchange platform;(c)the creation of the women’s Studies courses, improve female students body awareness;(d) guide femalestudents to foster awareness of career planning, training professional core competencies of the femalestudents. Boot female students to establish a scientific and reasonable values, to promote thecomprehensive development of the female students is a long road, a long way to go, need the concertedefforts of the whole society.
