In recent years,affected by factors such as the improvement of the national economic level and the vigorous support of national policies,the new tourism industry format-“Educational tourism" has gradually become one of the highlights and hotspots of the current tourism market.A good development momentum will inevitably lead to competition pressure of the industry.The economic and social value of the commodity is mainly reflected in the purchasing power and recognition of the product by the customers.Therefore,ensuring that the customer satisfaction is always at a good level will become an effective path for its sustainable development.Student groups are the main participants of educational tourism activities.And the satisfaction of students is crucial to the sustainable development of the educational tourism base.It is particularly important to study the strategies of satisfaction promotion.This article first sorts through a large amount of existing literature on the subject of“Educational tourism",based on the theory of satisfaction and importance-performance analysis,and uses the Red detachment of women educational tourism base as a case,and students as the survey target Through the literature analysis method,field investigation method and interview method,20 indicators suitable for measuring students satisfaction were selected,and the Red detachment of women educational tourism base students satisfaction evaluation system was constructed from four aspects:They are supporting facilities,services,products,and gains.Secondly,the questionnaire was designed using the three-level indicators of the student's satisfaction evaluation system as question items to obtain student's behavioral characteristics,demographic characteristics,and the actual perception of the importance and satisfaction of the various evaluation indexes of the base.Thirdly,according to the distribution of the 20 evaluation indicators in the IP A quadrant map,the“maintenance areas","over-supply areas","sub-improvement areas" and "key improvement areas",the advantages and weakness of the development of the base are clarified.Finally,based on the results of the above analysis,in the future construction and management of the base,this paper proposes the key promotion strategies for accelerating the construction of supporting facilities,focusing on the introduction of professional talents,improving the level of tutor business,and standardizing the charging standards;developing surrounding ecological projects,setting up a diverse curriculum system,Develop secondary improvement strategies for featured cultural and creative products;strengthen base exchanges and cooperation,and maintain the advantages of combining high-quality research routes,and actively innovate strategies.At the same time,it points out the shortcomings of this article and the future research directions.
