The social competence with peers refers to the children in their age and the same or similar relationship between feelings, adaptation, coordination and dealing with the relationship between the sums of peers'ability. The social competence with peers is the important content of the socialization; it is one of the most important of social communication. Good social competence with peers is helpful for children's competence of social communication, social cognition, and improves the social relations of child in the future.In this study, we adopt "Questionnaire of4-6Years Old Child Peer's Communication Ability", which according to the "4-6Years Old Peer's Communication Ability Scale" designed by Yang Lizhu and Zhang Yuan. Total of305children in middle and senior classes were tested, with class teachers and parents in the cognitive aspects of child Peer's Communication Ability to do interviews. Collected data were processed using SPSS statistical software.The results show that:Ⅰ. The social competence with peers consists of four dimensions, which are the initiative of association, verbal and nonverbal ability to associate, prosocial competence,. The development of the best obstacles to association, followed by the prosocial competence, verbal and nonverbal ability to associate, initiative of association and the development of the worst; Ⅱ. The children with different gender have significant differences, girl's verbal and nonverbal ability and prosocial competence better than boys;Ⅲ. The children on different age groups have significant differences. Comparing the middle class, the senior class has higher scores in verbal and nonverbal ability to associate, initiative of association and prosocial competence;Ⅳ.4-6years old Child Peer's Communication Ability of urban and rural difference is extremely significant, and urban is superior to the fringe area. In girl's verbal and nonverbal ability to associate and initiative of association, the urban was better than fringe; for boy's, the urban and fringe are same; child of middle class, in verbal and nonverbal ability to associate, initiative of association, the urban is superior to the fringe obviously; child of senior class, in verbal and nonverbal ability to associate, initiative of association, the urban is superior to the fringe area.
