This paper selects the people as the samples who stay in the household population and the floating population living in Guangdong Guangzhou Conghua, Liaoning Dalian Pu jidian, Zhejiang Hangzhou Ling’an, Shandong Zaozhuang Tengzhou. According to the present situation of population growth, the subjects are limited to20-49years old women of childbearing age samples, who has given birth to a child and childless groups, the total number is761. There are two pairs of variables to measure the second children will, firstly small town women of childbearing age and rural women of childbearing age; secondly fertile women:have one child and have no child. In this paper, we use SPSS V19.0statistical analysis software for survey data processing and analysis.Firstly this paper uses the column analysis illustrates to analyse the basic situation variables table, then uses chi square test to verify the dependency of between the fertility desire and the factors. Lastly based on the multiple Logistic regression model to analyze the influence of these factors on the second children fertility desire the for the reproductive aged women in rural areas.This paper studies show that:1. in the hope that the birth of the second child is urban and rural women of childbearing age mainstream fertility desire, the will level in hope to have the second child in rural areas the proportion is higher than that of the urban, the will level of urban women of childbearing age want to have a child is higher than the proportion of fertile age women in rural areas.2. There is no preference to second child sex for urban and rural women of childbearing age, the majority of women of childbearing age think that both boys and girls are the same. The boy preference level of childbearing age women in rural areas is higher than urban, urban women of childbearing age preference level to girls is higher than rural.3.The analysis shows that the cause of the will for the second child is that they want have ideal family agencies for most women of childbearing age.The analysis shows that influence factors had no significant influence on the second child in procreation aspiration.having two children is currently stable fertility concept for the women of childbearing age relatively.The factors of work experience, highly educated, have significant influence the second child will, the group with the above characteristics more hope have a girl for the second child. The traditional agricultural production has a decisive effect on the boy preference. Engaged in traditional agricultural production more hope to give birth to boys for the second child.The women had a girl also showed a second child gender to boy preference.
