On one hand, in modern China, when the meaning of the body is placed in the destiny of the nation, to get rid of the anxiety of the sick body, Chinese abandon the traditional Chinese life cultivation, instead, in order to enhance muscle and strength, Physical education is increasingly seen as a important tool of reshaping people body. The public stadiums reflect the state and parties'attempts and efforts of remarking New People. Political parties usually held the National Games as an opportunity to display their orthodoxy, and political mobilization to stimulate the nationalist sentiments. From this perspective, physical education can be seen as an important part of the enlightenment in popular culture.On the other hand, For the lower classes, the significance of sport is not necessarily around the nation or enlightenment, Public Stadium and the National Games is also an important place of public entertainment, in daily life, physical education is important part of entertainment.Entertainment and enlightenment are not only two dimensions of physical education, but also two different approaches of physical education study.
