The Application Study Of Project Quality Management In Open Education Enrollment Work

Open University which have unique three level distance open education system of central -provincial- city developed into the main form of national modern distance higher education gradually. Enrollment work as the first link of Open University education is also the first link of implementing relevant state education policy normatively, and it is more fundamental work of Open University education that the quality of enrollment work is closely related to the development of Open University career sustainably and students interest, thus, doing enrollment work well is essential for the formation of the overall quality of distance open education. But actually distance open education enrollment work is limited to traditional way of education management chronically so that accumulating a certain amount of quality defects and hidden trouble, and part of the work still remain the extensive management so that affecting the work efficiency of Open University enrollment and the overall educational development.Based on the application of quality control theory, we research the new management mode and means of distance open education enrollment work systematically. Combining with the theory, application in domestic and foreign, we puts forward the quality control system of distance open education enrollment work on the basis of process identification and analysis. We illustrate the application and implementation measures of quality control method as an example to Tianjin Open University enrollment work in the spring of 2011,and it provides inspiration and reference for researching new method and pattern of distance open education enrollment management.
