Study On Entrepreneurship Education Based On Psychological Characteristics Of Higher Vocational School Gradtates

Under the severe employment situation, the Ministry of Education determined that the university put the employment to an important position to enhance the graduate employment service system. So that the students start their own businesses to expand employment channels, which also becomes a necessary choice of the development of vocational colleges. Our society needs entrepreneurial capacity, competitiveness and viability of the application of talent, and only the young with such qualities and talents can meet the needs of socio-economic development. It's a necessary way of the vocational colleges to enhance entrepreneurship education to solve the employment problem and an important guarantee for sustainable development.The purpose of this study is to analyze the vocational graduates psychological characteristics by the employment status of China's vocational background,make the entrepreneurship education feasible and make a new exploration point of view and conclude with the theory and practice useful guidance both ways and methods and the guidance means, methods and measures adopted by this study can be expected in China Vocational Career Guidance.
