The Analysis And Construction About Entrepreneurship-supporting Mechanism Of Higher Vocational College Students

With mass innovation and entrepreneurship becoming the mainstream spirit of the times,graduate entrepreneurship has attracted an unprecedented attention.Higher vocational colleges are the relatively special school system in our country,and they aims at developing qualified personnel with advanced technology.The entrepreneurial practice of vocational college students is exerting a subtle effect on the higher vocational education.This practice needs to be supported with establishing a relatively stable and effective supporting mechanism.The analysis of the entrepreneurship-supporting mechanism shows that,the target of which includes individuality,higher vocational colleges,government,society,and so on,and the objective can be direct or derivative.Moreover,the function is to help entrepreneurs succeed,to guide entrepreneurship education of higher vocational colleges and promote employment of graduates.Besides,the entrepreneurship-supporting mechanism of higher vocational colleges can be well explained by some theories,such as system theory,overflow effects.The entrepreneurship-supporting mechanism of higher vocational colleges concretely includes the self-support of entrepreneur,which is mainly embodied in improving ability of entrepreneurship practice through their own endeavor;support of school,which mainly reflects on the establishment of systematical system entrepreneurial education;support of government,which mainly embodies the formulation and execution policies in entrepreneurial support and service;and support of society,which mainly shows in development and activation of entrepreneurial resources.The mutual coordination and complement of the four make up the mechanism of support in entrepreneurship for vocational college students.The mechanism can be confirmed and supplied by actual cases when it gets back into real situation in school.The innovation program of industrial robots,presiding by students of Yongzhou vocational and technical college,is involved in the current mechanism and receives actual support and assistance.Certainly,China's entrepreneurship-supporting mechanism of college students is bound to embody Chinese characteristics and will serve China's economic construction and social development.
