In education popular today, self management problem has been gradually evolved into the ideological and political education theory and practice an important subject of college students'ideological and active and versatile the advantages of each respect such as is obvious, but meanwhile students in their learning and management problems attracting increasing attention, university exist in college students'autonomous democratic consciousness and university highly centralized management mode of contradictions, college students'autonomous consciousness enhancement and self management the contradiction between the ability weak. The emergence of these problems and contradictions requests us in ideological and political education work for college students to strengthen guidance, highlighting the autonomy, fully mobilize up their positive consciousness, in educators and the educated in the two-way interaction enhance students'self management ability, the benign circulation. This paper analyzes the problems trying to construct university students'self management system to improve college students'individual self management ability, and make students have self management awareness, then realizing the individual self management to improve their comprehensive quality. Secondly the way through questionnaires to the current situation of college students'learning and management for analysis and research, through the investigation result analysis concluded that current students'ego self career planning consciousness weak, self-awareness ability weak, target management ability weak and self management mode, and self management ability weak aspects of inspection ability weak appeared, and the main problem of problems, the article analyzes the college students'self management system constructing the necessity and urgency.
