Based On Humanism Orientation Of The Management System Innovation Of The Student In Universities

With the awakening of Chinese college students’ subject consciousness and the in-depth reform of modern higher education system, the drawbacks of traditional college students’ management mode are becoming increasingly obvious. For a long period, due to the constraints in the traditional external governance and internal management system of the colleges and universities in our country, management problems are widespread regarding the lack of students’ management skills, relative fuzziness in main body status, low effectiveness,and obvious contradiction between subject and object. Based on humanistic management orientation, this thesis aims to update and optimize the college students’ management system from the perspective of concept, content and practice, and to meet the demand of the new situation of college students’ management.Faced with the present problems of humanistic absence in college students management system, the thesis digs into the humanistic nature in the construction of students’ management system by drawing and assimilating the management experience of Europe, the United States,Japan and other developed countries. The “students-centered” concept, based on the status quo of college students’ management, should be implemented through the whole process of students’ management and students’ development service. The thesis makes a deep analysis on the current situation and problems of college students’ management system based on the construction of humanistic structure. The goal of the thesis is to promote the all-round development of students from the institutional perspective, and finally realize the transformation from service management to management service, implement the humanistic management strategy and update the optimization of student management system. In the management mechanism, the traditional force will be replaced by the incentive means and the demand of students will be satisfied by integrating the cultural, flexible and differential group management skills into the management process, especially by improving the rights protection mechanism, with the students as the center of this system. As a result, the college students’ humanistic management mode will meet the demand of the management system of college students, which will improve the drawbacks of the present system and provides a free,relaxed and harmonious environment for students’ development.At present, the college students’ management mode based on humanistic orientation has become the main trend of college management. It has particular significance not only in solving the practical contradictions in college students’ management, deepening the higher education system reform and improving the quality of higher education, but also providing a strategic support to the dream of a powerful nation.
